If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns and exchanges process is here to help.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. All returned items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
- Riding Helmets: For safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on.
- Safety Vests: Similar to helmets, these are considered safety-critical personal equipment.
- Gloves: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any handwear.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us a return/exchange request using the template provided below to our customer service team at [email protected].
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, once approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for your return.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item(s) with original tags and packaging. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Ship your return to the address we provide.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns (refunds): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- For exchanges: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. Horse Rider Wear will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Refund Timing and Method
Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
