Shipping Information

We strive to process and dispatch all orders swiftly to get you ready for the saddle without delay.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We offer two reliable shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95 flat rate. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after it has been shipped.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after it has been shipped.

Please Note: The above delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery may be slightly delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays. We ship globally, but currently cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process is here to help.

Our Policy:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging attached within 15 days of the date you receive your order.

Important Health & Safety Notice: To protect the well-being of all our riders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following safety-critical and personal items. All sales on these products are final.

  • Riding Helmets (Once worn or tried on, they cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons).
  • Safety Vests (Considered personal safety equipment).
  • Gloves (For obvious hygiene concerns).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) with all original tags, packaging, and a copy of your order confirmation. Ship it to the address we provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For Returns (refunds): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • For Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Horse Rider Wear will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
