You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of our Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

2.1 Product Information

We take great care to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The colors you see will depend on your monitor’s display, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the actual colors of our products.

2.2 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and refund or cancel the item from your order.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched to you.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs, which will be added during checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that we have already confirmed.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.4 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

4.4 Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

4.5 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Horse Rider Wear are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Wait for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Ship the item with all original tags and packaging to the address provided.

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

For returns (refunds), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, the customer pays to ship the item back to us, and we cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item.

5.5 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation.
